自从托普软件秀出“招聘5000软件工程师”后,软件板块一直是风平浪静。但是近期,上市刚刚一年半的宏智科技爆出的一系列丑闻,引发了关于民营企业公司治理结构的诸多议论。软件世界认为,自然人控股是其中的焦点之一。

As the national key hi-tech enterprise, WHOLEWISE has been established since Oct., 1996, rendering application software product and system integrated service to telecom enterprises. On Jun.24, 2002, WHOLEWISE issued 40,000,000 stock shares in public, after which its hi-tech shares once drew a multitude of investors and the stock even reached over RMB 20 per share. However that did not last long, soon the company started slowing down rapidly. To make it worse, there came along some financial scandals at the same time. A change as such does awakes our thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of going public in the stock market, and how to handle them well is the key to success.
