大学生家庭因素对其生活质量的影响

Effect of family factors on the quality of life in college students

目的:探讨大学生生活质量的家庭影响因素。方法:采用分层单阶段抽样武汉某大学4个年级(1998/2001)工、管、医专业全日制学生,无记名填写世界卫生组织生活质量-100(WHOQOL-100)量表与自编量表,对数据进行统计学处理。结果:回收合格问卷1171份。其中个人评分差异有统计意义(p<0.05)包括:①家庭所在地及经济状况项目中总生活质量与健康状况(F=2.16,2.64)及心理领域(F=3.43,2.81),前者加社会领域(F=2.81),后者加环境领域(F=5.54)。②父母是否存在项目中社会领域(F=3.74)。③父亲文化程度项目中心理、社会和环境领域(F=3.08,3.55;2.88)。④母亲文化程度项目中环境与精神支柱领域(F=3.62;3.11)。⑤父亲职业项目中社会与环境领域(F=2.18,2.56)。而民族、独生子女与母亲不同职业的大学生的总生活质量与健康状况及6个领域的个人评分差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:大学生生活质量受家庭因素的不同影响,应有针对性地进行干预。

AIM: To explore the influencing factors of the quality of life in the college students. METHODS: Students(n=1 200) of four grades(1998/2001) from engineering,managem ent and medical colleges of a university in Wuhan were selected with stratified and single stage sampling,to fill in the World Health Organization(WHO)'s qualit y of life(WHOQOL)- 100 and the “ self- made form” questionnaire anonymously. All scores were analyzed statistically to Mean± SD with SPSS 10.0,á =0.05. RESULTS:1 171 qualified questionnaires were collected.There were statistical differences(P< 0.05) of individual scores in the following aspects:① quality o f life,health status(F=2.16,2.64) and psychological field(F=3.43,2.81),the forme r and social field(F=2.81), the latter and environmental field(F=5.54) in the it ems of family location and economic status.② the social field in the item of h aving parents or not(F=3.74). ③ the psychological,social and environmental fie lds in the item of father's civilization level(F=3.08,3.55,2.88).④ the environ mental and ideological pillar fields in the item of mother's civilization level( F=3.62, 3.11),⑤ the social and environmental fields in the item of father's jo b(F=2.18,2.56).But there weren't statistical differences(P >0.05) in the individ ual scores of the quality of life among the students with different nationalitie s, who was the only child,and whose mother with different jobs, and health statu s and six fields. CONCLUSION: The quality of life in a college students is affected by differen t family factors,and should be interfered directly.
