精神分裂症患者病程、年龄、职业、收入等因素与抗精神病药物需求的相关性

Correlation between the factors of course,age,occupation,income and the needs for antipsychotics in patients with schizophrenia

目的:了解精神分裂症患者病程、年龄、职业、收入等因素与使用抗精神病药物的感受和需求的相关性。方法:对100例患者进行精神健康教育计划-抗精神病药物问卷调查,分别按照不同病程(≤8年和>8年)和不同经济收入水平(≤500元/月和>500元/月)分组,比较各组间的差异。结果:目前服用传统抗精神病药物的患者占61%,69%对目前服用的药物不满意,48%的患者无力支付新一代药物的费用;病程≤8年组年龄较小,有工作者较少,无收入或低收入(400元/月以下)者较多;病程>8年组药物副作用发生率较高,对当前服用的抗精神病药物不满意率达80%;收入≤500元组失业几近一半,药物副作用较多,并因而影响到自己缺乏独立的信心。结论:精神分裂症患者医疗支付能力有限,对目前占主导地位的传统药物不满意,病程短者年龄更小,收入更低,而低收入者的药物副作用更常见。

AIM:To explore the correlation between course,age,occupation,income and needs for antipsychotics in patients with schizophrenia. METHODS:A total of 100 patients were investigated with“ Mental Health Educat ion Protocol- Antipsychotics” questionnaire,and were divided into groups accor ding to different courses(≤ 8 years and >8 years) and different incomes( ≤ 500 yuan/month and >500 yuan/month),the results were compared. RESULTS:61% of the patients took traditional antipsychotics,69% were unsa tisfied with the current medication,and 48% could not afford for novel antipsy chotics.Those,whose courses ≤ 8 years were younger,fewer employed and poorer in terms of income(< 400 yuan/month).Those,whose illness courses >8 years had a hi gher prevalence of side effects,and 80% of them were unsatisfied with the drug s they took.Nearly half in low- income group(≤ 500 yuan/month) were unemployed and,less confident about self- independent,because of the higher rate of side effects. CONCLUSION:Patients with schizophrenia are limited to afford for medical serv ice.They are not satisfied with currently dominant traditional antipsychotics.Pa tients with shorter course are younger and poorer in terms of income,meanwhile s ide effects of drugs are much more common in the low- income group.
