摘要 目的:探讨复方戒毒肽和激光对自愿戒毒者能量代谢的影响。方法:30例自愿戒毒者被分成3组,分别是复方戒毒肽组、激光组、复方戒毒肽加激光组,每组10例。治疗前和治疗10d后分别抽血。血中乳酸,乳酸脱氢酶(lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)和Na+-K+-ATP酶的含量用生化方法分析。结果:复方戒毒肽加激光组血清中乳酸的浓度治疗前后分别是(2.75±0.28),(3.04±0.36)mmol/g,差异有显著性意义(t=0.041,P<0.05)。3组血清中LDH的浓度治疗前分别是(1290.00±384.27),(1410.00±443.35),(980.00±285.97)U/L;治疗后分别为(2546.67±563.76),(1960.00±514.67),(1640.00±474.15)U/L,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(t=0.001,0.038,0.004,P<0.01~0.05)。3组全血中Na+-K+-ATP酶的浓度治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方戒毒肽和激光治疗后均能增加志愿戒毒者血中LDH的含量。 AIM: To study the effect of compound detoxification peptide(CDP) and laser on energy metabolism of volunteers for drug detoxification. METHODS: Thirty volunteers for drug detoxification were divided into three gr oups,with 10 patients for each group:CDP group(GroupⅠ ),laser group(GroupⅡ ) a nd CDP plus laser group(Group Ⅲ ).Ten days before and after the treatment,the b lood samples were taken.The contents of lactic acid (LD),lactate dehydrogenase(L DH) and Na+ - K+ - ATP enzyme in blood were analyzed by biochemical method. RESULTS: LD concentrations in the serum samples of group Ⅲ before and after the treatment were(2.75± 0.28) and(3.04± 0.36) mmoL/g respectively.The differ ence was significant(t=0.041,P< 0.05).LDH concentrations in the serum samples of groupⅠ ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ before and after the treatment were(1290.00± 384.27) and( 2546.67± 563.76),(1410.00± 443.35)and(1960.00± 514.67) U/L,(980.00± 285.97)a nd(1640.00± 474.15) U/L respectively.There was significant difference before an d after the treatment( t=0.001,0.038,0.004,P< 0.01-0.05) .The concentrations of Na+ - K+ - ATP enzyme in the blood samples before and after the treatmen t showed no marked difference in all the groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Both CDP and laser can increase the contents of LDH in the blood of the volunteers for drug detoxification.
