骨痛宁擦剂对去势雌性大白鼠骨密度和骨钙含量的影响

Effect of Gutongning Cajion bone mineral density and bone calcium content of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats

目的:探讨骨痛宁擦剂对去势大鼠骨质疏松骨密度和骨钙含量的影响,为骨痛宁擦剂在骨质疏松症的预防和应用方面提供理论依据。方法:选择SD雌性大鼠60只,按随机数字表法分为对照组、假手术组、切除卵巢组,切除卵巢组又按随机数字表法分为骨痛宁组、骨友灵组、骨质增生一贴灵组及去势模型组,每组10只。通过切除大白鼠卵巢建立大鼠雌激素缺乏骨质疏松模型,分别给予骨痛宁擦剂、骨质增生一贴灵及骨友灵擦剂于大鼠大腿外用,并与正常大鼠、假手术及模型对照。检测大鼠体质量、股骨干质量、股骨骨矿物密度、骨钙含量。结果:骨痛宁组、骨质增生一贴灵组、骨友灵组及去势模型组大白鼠切除卵巢后6周较假手术组及对照组增加明显;假手术组及对照组股骨干质量高于骨质增生一贴灵组、骨友灵组及去势模型组;骨质增生一贴灵组、骨友灵组及去势模型组骨矿物密度(分组为(0.1843±0.0013),(0.1833±0.0071)及(0.1788±0.0055)g/cm2低于假手术组及对照组(分组为(0.1935±0.0133)及(0.1921±0.0080)g/cm2,骨痛宁组(0.1919±0.0076)g/cm2骨矿物密度与假手术及对照组无差异而高于骨质增生一贴灵组、骨友灵组及去势模型组;骨质增生一贴灵组、骨友灵组及去势模型组骨钙含量(分组为(150.973±8.476),(150.748±5.094)及(152.611±12.

AIM:To observe the effect of Gutongning Caji on the bone mineral density(BMD) and bone calcium content of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats so as to provid e theoretical basis for the prevention and application of Gutongning Caji on ost eoporosis. METHODS:Sixty female SD rats were divided randomly into control group,sham op eration group and ovariectomy group.The ovariectomy group were randomly divided into Gutongning group,Guyouling group,Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group and ovariec tomized model group(n=10). The osteoporosis models with absence of estrogen were established by ovariectomy.Gutongning Caji,Guzhizengsheng Yitieling and Guyouli ng were used externally to the thighs respectively in the three ovariectomy grou ps.The body mass of the rats,the mass of shaft of femur,BMD and bone calcium con tent were measured after 6 weeks treatment. RESULTS:The body mass of Gutongning group,Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group Guyo uling group and ovariectomized model group increased more obviously than that of sham operation group and control group.BMD of Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group,Gu youling group and ovariectomized model group[(0.1843± 0.0013),(0.1833± 0.0071) and (0.1788± 0.0055) g/cm2 respectively] were lower than that of sham operatio n group and control group[(0.1935± 0.0133) and(0.1921± 0.0080) g/cm2 respec tively]. BMD of Gutongning group[(0.1919± 0.0076) g/cm2] was higher than that o f Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group,Guyouling group and ovariectomized model group, but had no difference compared with both sham operation group and control group. Bone calcium content of Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group,Guyouling group and ovari ectomized model group[(150.973± 8.476),(150.748± 5.094) and (152.611± 12.352) mg respectively] were lower than that of sham operation group and control group [(165.157± 9.995) and (166.633± 12.300) mg]. Bone calcium content of Gutongnin g group[(161.843± 5.391) mg] was higher than that of sham operation group and c ontrol group,but had no difference compared with Guzhizengsheng Yitieling group, Guyouling group and ovariectomized model group. CONCLUSION:Gutongning Caji can obviously improve BMD and bone calcium content in ovariectomized rats,and has functions of prevention and treatment to the ost eoporosis cause by absence of estrogen.
