化湿汤对中老年脾胃湿证腻苔患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛的影响(英文) 被引量:2

Effect of huashi decoction on plasm superoxide dismutase and malon dialdehyde in patients with spleen-stomach damp syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨脾胃湿证不同腻苔的中老年患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)及丙二醛的改变及祛湿治疗的影响。方法:分别检测中老年脾胃寒湿证和湿热证患者血浆SOD和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的水平,丙二醛检测采用硫代巴比妥酸(tubebarbituricacid,TBA)法,SOD采用放射免疫法(radioimmunoassay,RI-A)法,并用化湿汤加减进行治疗观察。结果:脾胃湿证时黄、白腻苔患者血浆SOD水平(102.47±11.03),(104.68±12.84)μmol/L较正常薄白苔患者(121.95±13.66)μmol/L降低,丙二醛明显升高黄白腻苔:(6.12±0.72),(5.92±0.67)μmol/L;薄白苔:(4.28±0.61)μmol/L(t=3.12,2.87,P<0.01),且与腻苔厚度有一定的平行关系,腻苔厚者,SOD、MDA改变显著。化湿汤对血浆SOD及丙二醛水平具有改善作用(t=3.85,2.49,2.51,P<0.01或0.05)。结论:黄、白腻苔的形成与氧自由基损伤有关,化湿汤治疗中老年脾胃湿证和改善腻苔的机制可能与其清除氧自由基及抗氧化损伤作用有关。 AIM:To discuss the changes of plasm superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialde hyde(MDA) in patients with spleen- stomach damp syndrome with greasy fur and th eir effects in strengthening the spleen and removing dampness. METHODS:Plasm SOD and MDA of patients with white- greasy and yellow- greasy fur were detected u sing tube barbituric acid(TBA) and radioimmunoassay(RIA) methods,respectively;th e effects of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness were observed. RESULTS:The levels of plasm SOD in patients with white and yellow greasy fur[(102.47± 11.03) ì mol/L and(104.68ì mol/L] were lower than those of thin- white fur in normal(121.95± 13.66) ì mol/L.The levels of plasm MDA inc reased obviously[yellow- greasy fur: (6.12± 0.72), (5.92± 0.67) ì mol/L;thi n- white fur:( 4.28± 0.61) ì mol/L](t=3.12,2.87,P< 0.01).Both of them had pa rallel relation to the thickness of greasy fur.Huashi decoction could improve da mpness and greasy fur,increase plasm SOD levels but decrease plasm MDA levels. CONCLUSION: Formation of greasy fur is related to free radical injury. The th erapeutic mechanism of huashi decoction may be related to clearing oxygen- deri ved free radicals and preventing oxidative injury.
