摘要
设计制作了1个电子线路短节,用以完成微梯度、微电位信号的处理,并将经处理过的微梯度、微电位信号与井径信号一起上传至SCL-2连续测斜仪的冗余模拟信号通道,在挂接直流自然伽马测井仪时将伽马信号上传至SCL-2连续测斜仪的冗余脉冲计数通道。由SCL-2连续测斜仪完成数据采集、编码以及将数据传输到地面系统的工作,从而实现TJXW-95微电极井径仪配接SCL-2连续测斜仪。这2种仪器的成功配接不仅解决了TJXW-95微电极井径仪挂接直流自然伽马测井仪时不能同时测量微梯度、微电位、自然伽马、井径的问题,还大大提高了测井效率,降低了测井成本。
Micro-lateral and micro-normal signals are processed by a specially designed electronic cartridge, and then passed to the reduncy analog signal channel in SCL-2 continuous inclinometer along with cali-per signals; Gamma signals from the gamma tool is also transmitted to one reduncy pulses counter channel in the inclinometer. Then the inclinometer finishes data acquisition, encoding and uphole transmssion . A successful combination between TJXW-95 microlog/caliper logging tool and SCL-2 continuous inclinometer not only provides micro-lateral signal, micro-normal signal, gamma signal and caliper signal that could not be measured simultaneously, but also improves logging efficiency with lower cost.
