摘要
全通径油管输送射孔(TCP)与杆式泵联作工艺技术是将全通径压力起爆器、全通径油管输送射孔枪与杆式泵结合起来,使射孔完井与下抽油泵用一趟管柱完成;在下完抽油杆之后密封井口,采用油管内加压起爆射孔枪的方式,射孔后立即启动抽油机,进行排液采气。介绍了联作的原理与工艺流程。该技术既可提高射孔完井效率,又可以减少作业次数和井喷压井所带来的水泥车费用和压井液费用;同时,由于形成枪内全通,可以进行测试等其它作业。在大庆油田采油九厂塔301井的现场应用见到了明显的效果。
A technology of combining full bore TCP, full bore pressure detonator and rod pump has been developed to complete perforating and running pump in one trip. After running in pumping rod or sucker rod, the wellhead is sealed, and then the perforators are detonated through increasing pressure in the tubing; As soon as the perforating operation is finished, the pumping rod is started for drainage and gas recovery. This technique not only increases perforated completion efficiency but also simplifies operating procedures and cuts down costs. It is successfully used in Well Ta 301 in No. 9 Oil Production Company, Daqing Oilfield. Some other testing jobs may be done due to full bore TCP configuration.
