摘要
作为人力资源管理中最为重要的部分,人才培养和培训在西方企业得到了高度重视和发展,并成为企业保持领先的原因之一。对国际知名跨国企业的人才机制和体系进行对比分析,结合我国企业的具体案例进行研究,提出适应中国特色的人才培训对策。
The training and cultivation of the talented personnel, the most important part of the management of the personnel resources, have been drawn high attention and have developed constantly in the enterprises in the West. Through the analytical comparison between the personnel system and the structure of the overseas famous multinational enterprises and combining some specific cases of the domestic enterprises for the researches, this paper suggests some countermeasures to foster the talented personnel fit for the Chinese feature.
