Design and Manufacture for the Bending Die of Abnormity Closing Piece

根据一种异形闭合件的产品要求 ,对其弯曲工艺作了具体分析 ,克服了技术难点 ,设计制造了一套简单实用的弯曲成形模 ,达到了产品质量要求 。

According to the requirement of an abnormity closing piece, this paper analysed specifically its bending technics and conquered the technic difficulty . A suit of simple and practiced bending dies were designed and manufactured . The production quality requirement was achieved and a new method for die designing and manufacture of similar shape accessory was provided.
