摘要
芯片毛细管电泳分析系统在免疫测定、DNA分析和测序、氨基酸和蛋白质分析、生物细胞研究方面有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了一种芯片毛细管电泳检测系统的设计及其硬件结构和信号处理软件 ,并给出在不同系统条件下的测试结果。
The analysis system of microchip capillary electrophoresis has extensive application prospects in immunity detection, analysis and identity of DNA, analysis of amino acids and protein, and biology cell field research. The design of a kind of microchip capillary electrophoresis detection system, hardware structure and the software of signal process are introduced. At the same time, the results are provided in different system conditions.
