摘要 研究了Zn对NdFeB基磁体磁性能的影响,结果表明Zn可提高内禀矫顽力iH_c。用金相显微镜、SEM,TEM分析显微组织表明,Zn进入磁体后不出现新相,而主要富集于富Nd相中。这与Al,Ga的行为相同。因此,Al,Ga,Zn均是通过改善富Nd相特性来提高矫顽力的。 The effect of Zn addition on magnetic properties of NdFeB based magnets has been studied, and it is shown that Zn increases the intrinsic coercivity. The microstructure investigation by metallurgical microscopy, SEM and TEM, reveal that the microstructure of NdFeB based magnets does not change with the Zn addition. It is found that Zn, which is like Al, Ga, are mainly in the Nd-rich phase. Therefore it is concluded that these low melting elements Al, Ga, and Zn increase the coercivity through improving character of Nd-rich phase.
