摘要
研究了具有魏氏体和等轴结构的TC11合金在800—1150℃及应变速率(?)在10^(-3)—50s^(-1)间的压缩真应力-真应变曲线。结果表明:在热压时,材料将产生动态回复和动态再结晶。文中还计算了对温升起决定作用的变形功和应变速率敏感性指数m。
The compressive true stress——true strain curves of Alloy TC11 with equiaxed and wid manstatten structure at the temperature of 800—1150℃ and strain rate of 10^(-3)—50 s^(-1) are studied. It is shown that dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystalhzation appear, when the material is under hot compression. The deformation work and the strain rate sensitivity m, which are respossible for temperature rise, are calculated.
