摘要
To investigate effect of Arsenic Trioxide on proliferation and apoptosis in a heterologous graft model for human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma in nude mice, we carried this test. We divided mice bearing tumor into four groups, control normal saline, group 1 (As 2O 3 1.5 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ), group 2 (As 2O 3 3.0 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ), group DDP, which were injected by a tail vein for 7 days. We found the growth of tumor were obviously inhibited in group1 and 2. The inhibitory rate were 79.69% and 78.18% respectively.The sub G1 peaks of group 1 and group 2 and group DDP were observed by flow cytometry on solid tumor speciman,and the apoptotic rate were 12.6% and 40.6% and 11.3% respectively.We also found the Ki67 LI and the expression of bcl 2 were lower in group1 and 2.While,the AI of group1 and group2 were more much than that of group DDP and group normal saline.These indicated that Arsenic Trioxide had obvious antitumor activity on a graft model of breast cancer in nude mice.
