摘要
用金相、扫描电镜和X光衍射等方法分析了Cu,Fe在Pt阳极复层中的扩散情况。结果表明:在650℃/2 h+800℃/1 h真空退火条件下,Cu,Fe在Pt层中扩散形成平均扩散深度4~6μm的扩散层,且扩散系数分别为6.0×10^(-11)cm^2/s,2.0×10^(-11)cm^2/s。Fe在Pt层中扩散形成Fe_3PtC相,Cu在Pt中扩散形成的新相为面心立方晶格,晶格常数为3.8278×10^(-10)m,可能为Cu_3Pt相。
The diffusion behaviour of Cu, Fe in Pt anode composited layer has been characterized by the optical microscope, SEM and X-Ray diffraction. The results indicate that Cu or Fe has formed a diffused layer with 4—6 μm in average depth after diffusing in Pt layer, in which has a diffusion coefficient of 6.0 × 10^(-11) cm^2 / s and 2.0 × 10^(-11)cm^2 / s separately. Fe_3PtC phase is formed in Fe after diffusing in Pt layer, which a new phase is formed in Cu, that is Cu_3Pt phase with fee and the lattice constant 3.8278 × 10^(-10)m after diffusing in Pt layer.
