摘要
通常计算机硬盘中的读写头动臂在 3~ 4k Hz的频率范围内有一个准刚性模态 ,这个准则性模态限制了伺服带宽进而限制了硬盘存储密度的提高。设计了一种调谐阻尼器结构来降低准刚性模态导致的振动 ,该阻尼器安装在音圈马达的线圈内部 ,结构简单 ,不影响动臂移动。所使用的阻尼材料取材于硬盘本身的密封橡胶 ,也避免了可能的气体污染。实验证明 ,该阻尼器能够很好地降低动臂在准刚性模态下的振动 。
It is common that in present hard disk drives (HDDs) there exists quasi rigid vibration mode between 3 kHz and 4 kHz. This mode hinders servo bandwidt h i mprovement and thus limits the storage density growth of HDDs. In this paper a t uned damper is presented. It makes use of the hollow space within the voice coil motor in HDDs so it doesn't influence the move of the head actuator. In additio n the damping is from the rubber seal ring of HDD itself so it will not cause gas pollution. Through experiment it is proved that this damper can work effectively to suppress the quasi rigid vibration of the h ead actuator in HDDs.
