摘要
以非线性动力学和转子动力学理论为基础 ,分析了含有裂纹的弹性转子 -轴承系统的复杂运动。针对短轴承油膜力强非线性的特点 ,用 Runge-Kutta法在较宽范围内研究了各参数对转子系统动态特性的影响 ,发现了丰富的非线性现象。研究表明该裂纹转子 -轴承系统在工作转速较高时有 P-3运动窗口 ,而且随着裂纹深度的增加而增加 ,其结果可为转子
An elastic rotor bearing system with a transverse crack is investigated based on nonlinear dynamics and rotor dynamics theory. Considering the strong no nlinear characteristics of the oil film in the short bearing, the influences to t he dynamic characteristics of the rotor bearing system from varying parameters is investigated in a large scale using Runge Kutta method, and abundant nonlinear phenomenon is found. The study results show that there is P 3 motion at high fr eq uency,and the range of the response increases with the crack depth, which may b r ing up theoretic references for fault diagnoses and safety of the rotor bearing system.
