腭裂术后穿孔的临床原因分析

Clinical reasons for perforation after cleft palate repair

目的 探讨腭裂术后常见的原因并提出预防的方法。方法 对 12 0例腭裂手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果 腭裂术后穿孔与多种因素有关 ,其中术中创伤过大 ,过分分离是导致穿孔的两个主要原因。结论 腭裂术后穿孔是多种因素共同作用的结果 ,应进行针对性的预防穿孔的发生。

Objective To investigate the common reasons of perforation after cleft palate repair,and put forward the preventive methods. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cleft repair were reviewed and analyzed . Results The perforation after cleft palate repair was relevant to many factors and the excessive trauma and seperation were both important reasons. Conclusion The perforation after cleft palate repair is the common effective result of multiple factors and it is necessary to prevent purposely the perforation.
