分光光度法测定注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠药物含量

Simultaneous determination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in injection by double wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry

目的 利用双波长分光光度法测定头孢哌酮钠 /舒巴坦钠联合制剂中头孢哌酮钠和舒巴坦钠的含量。方法 双波长分光光度法。结果 头孢哌酮钠在 2～ 2 0mg/L浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .82mg/L ,平均回收率99.9% ,相对标准偏差 3.6 % (n =6 )。舒巴坦钠在 2～ 2 0mg/L浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .5 1mg/L ,平均回收率为 99.9% ,相对标准偏差 1.6 % (n =5 )。结论 操作简便 ,结果准确 。

Objective To establish a double wavelength UV method for simultaneous measuring the amount of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in injection. Method Double wavelength ultraviolet specetrophotometry was used. Results Cefoperazone showed a better linear relation with absorbance when it was varied in 2～20 mg/L. The determining limit was 0.82 mg/L, the average proportion of recycling was 99.9%, and RSD was 3.6%( n =6). Sulbactam showed a better linear relation with the absorbance when it was varied 2～20 mg/L. The determining limit was 0.51 mg/L, average proportion of recycling was 99.9%,and RSD was 1.6( n =5). Conclusion As a precise, simple and speedy method, it can be applied to the determination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in compound injection.
