With the development of object-oriented techiniques, object persistence becomes very important. So OMG publishes the Persistence State Service Specification. The PSDL compiler is a very important development tool for users in the Persistence State Service . This paper introduces the Persistence State Service and puts forward a design and implementation of the PSDL compiler.
