摘要
研究了强化处理对Al2 O3 /SiO2 纳米复合陶瓷型芯高温变形的影响规律 ,结果表明 :强化处理对Al2 O3 /SiO2 纳米复合陶瓷型芯高温变形的影响很大 ,15 5 0℃保温 1h的高温挠度由强化前的 7mm降至强化后的 1mm。强化剂的浓度对陶瓷型芯高温变形的影响不明显 ,强化次数对陶瓷型芯高温变形的影响相对较大。强化后的陶瓷型芯中出现了莫来石新生片状晶 ,减少了型芯的高温变形。
Influence of strengthening treatment on the deformation of Al 2O 3/SiO 2 nano-compound ceramic core at high temperature was examined. The results showed that the strengthening treatment has great effect on the deformation of Al 2O 3/SiO 2 nano-compound ceramic core at high temperature. The deflection of the ceramic core at 1 550 ℃ for 1 h dropped from 7 mm to 1 mm before and after being strengthened. Concentration of the strengthening agent has a little effect on the deformation of the ceramic core while the strengthening times has relatively great effect.Lamellar mullite crystal microstructure appeared in the fracture surface of strengthened ceramic core, resulting in the core deformation decrease at high temperature.
