摘要
本文采用经验与理论相结合的方法,提出了C—D生产函数估计的一种新的优化算法,它避免了对参数估计偏高或偏低的不合理现象。作为实例,我们应用这个方法对某城市的全部工业企业的技术进步及其对产值增长的贡献作了测算。
In this paper, by combining theories with experiences, we propose a new optimization method for estimating the parameters of production function. We also applied it to calculate the year-by-year technical advance of a city between 1978-1988. The applications hows that this method is very effective.
