本文在总结参加规划实施IDSS(智能化辅助决策支持系统)开发工作的基础上,给出了一个适合IDSS开发的一般性步骤和应遵循的原则,提出了一种IDSS中知识部件的构造方法,最后,给出了一个在综合计划管理中应用的实例。

This essay lists some principles and methods in dfveloping IDSS, based on several practices. A description of the structuring of the knowledge units for IDSS is given, and finally an example is presented to explain the useage of the principles and the method in a comprehensive planning management.
