摘要 目的 应用cPET显像仪和脑统计参数地图法研究脑18F FDG代谢与光线刺激的关系。方法 应用PET显像仪 ,将 2 8例正常人脑18F FDGPET显像 ,按有无光线刺激分成两组 ,应用以像素为基础的统计参数图法 ,分析受光线刺激影响的脑解剖功能区。结果 按α=0 .0 1,ν=2 6作为检验水准 ,SPM法分析可见在楔叶、枕叶、中央后回、前回以及颞上回的部分区域成对称性升高 ,而在海马旁、扣带回、中脑导水管及颞上叶的部分区域则有代谢的减低。结论 统计参数地图法是脑认知分析的新手段 ,光线的视觉刺激不但使视觉区能量代谢受到影响 ,还可影响其他区域受到影响 ,甚至会抑制一些区域的葡萄糖代谢。 Objective To study the relationship between the brain regional 18F-FDG metabolism and visual stimulation process. Methods Choosing a 28 healthy volunteer sample, which was divided into two groups, and then cPET 18F-FDG imaging was performed, one group was tested with eye mask during the time of scanning, and the other group was done without eye mask, and the SPM was employed to analyze the results. Results It showed that 18F-FDG accumulation increase in the area like cuneus, inferior occipital gyrus, postcentral gyrus, precentral gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, while in the area like parahippocampal gyrus, cingulate gyrus, inferior semi-lunar lobule, tuber, and part of superior temporal gyrus, the 18F-FDG accumulation was decreased. Conclusion The SPM is a new functional image analyzed approach, the light stimulation to the eye can not only increase the 18F-FDG metabolism of the visual dominated area like cuneus and occipital gyrus, but also influence other areas, even can lead to metabolism decreasing in some brain areas.
