主要研究了用萃取法进行矿产金的精炼。用某溶剂作为金萃取剂 ,用某复合反萃还原剂在常温条件下进行一步还原 ;将箱式混合澄清槽经改进后作为萃取器。该工艺已成功用于工业化生产 ,年精炼能力 30t以上 ,并可实现工艺流程的自动化控制。经专家鉴定 。
The study on refining mineral gold by extraction process was made.A solvent was used as gold extractant and a sort of compound back extract reducer was used for reduction at one step in normal temperature.The chest typed mixing clarifying tank was used as extractor after rempulding.This technology has been successfully applied to industrial production.It is capable of realizing automatic control with 30t gold refining capacity annually.According to appraisal by specialist,such extraction technique has reached or surpassed advanced world level.
