将硫化钠与钼酸钠的水溶液混合,接着加入硫酸和催化剂溶液,生成棕色三硫化钼膏状沉淀。用蒸馏水反复洗涤除去杂质离子,经干燥去除水分,将干燥后的三硫化钼粉末在研钵中碾碎,在氢气氛中,在400~800℃下煅烧脱硫得到二硫化钼颗粒。用XRD和TEM对二硫化钼颗粒进行分析。结果表明:制备的二硫化钼颗粒的粒径在20~30nm之间。同时,对纳米二硫化钼颗粒的生成机制进行了讨论。
The preparation of nanosize molybdenum disulfide particles from sodium sulfide is described. The solution of sodium sulfide and sodium molybdate was mixed, then sulfide acid was added. It was found that the brown paste-like molybdenum trisulfide was obtained as precipitation substance. The precipitate was washed repeatedly by distilled water in order to remove some impurity ions, then was dehydrated in an oven box. Dehydrated molybdenum trisulfide particles were crushed down in a mortar. Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles were obtained by the desulfuration of molybdenum trisulfide in hydrogen atmosphere at 600-800℃. The molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results show that the size of prepared molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles is in the range of 20-30nm. In addition, the formation mechanism of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles was also proposed.
