摘要
研究了高温合金整体叶轮控晶铸造工艺方法。结果表明,铸型搅动可使整体叶轮的轮盘晶粒度达到ASTM2~3级(0.18~0.125mm),叶片的晶粒形态和晶粒尺寸可在一定范围内自由控制。
A control-grain cast processing for integral turbine wheel of superalloy using mould agitation was successfully investigated. The results show that the integral turbine wheel can be effectively produced by mould agitation. The grain size of turbine disk can reach ASTM 2-3 (0.125-0.18mm), and the shape and size of blade grains can be controlled freely.
