摘要
本文研究了序贯群体评价(CGA)问题中个体评价专家的可靠性度量准则、群体与个体专家的评价结果特征、个体评价专家的可靠度计算方法。用可靠度对评价专家个体进行的分类和分析,可作为选择和调整评价专家的依据,以提高群体评价的可靠性。
In this paper, for continuous group appraisal problems, we researched the reliability measurement criterion of the expert individuals, the result characters of appraising expert individuals and group, the calculating methods of the reliability. To increase reliability of the group appraising, the classification and analysis are the basis of choising and adjusting appraising experts.
