人绒毛膜促性腺激素β-亚基基因疫苗在动物肌肉组织中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 为观察pCMV4-hCGβ重组质粒经肌肉途径接种后在宿主体内的表达,本实验以昆明小白鼠为实验材料,将实验组鼠经后腿股四头肌注射重组质粒pCMV4-hCGβ100μg,对照组注射pCMV4100μg,于接种后第7d和第30d取小鼠股四头肌免疫组化染色.结果显示,在注射部位肌肉的肌膜和肌间隙处见到棕褐色分泌颗粒,对照组则未见阳性颗粒.本研究探索了hCGβ基因导入小鼠骨骼肌并在肌肉组织内进行表达的情况,为hCGβ基因疫苗的研制提供了体内表达的依据. In this study, immunohistochemistry method is used to detect the human Chlorionic Gonadotrop in β subunit(hCGβ) DNA vaccines (pCMV4-hCGβ),which are injected into the leg muscle of mice with administration of 100μg/per mouse. The results show that hCGβ could express in the partical myecytes near the injection sites.
