摘要
本文对文献[1]专家最优综合评价模型进行改进和完善,从而使该方法不受决策方案和评价指标数目的限制,而且使权系数的确定更加合理和可靠。
This paper makes improvements and perfectins of the model of experts evaluation addressed by paper [1]. The improved model has no quantitative demands and restricts to decision plannings and evaluation indices and can determine the weight coefficients among attributes more reasonably and reliably.
