摘要
本文阐述了20世纪50年代以来机械制造业中小批量生产类型的重要地位与其落后的生产方式的矛盾,推动了中小批量企业生产方式的彻底改革。在此基础上出现了一种新型的高柔性、高智能、高效率的生产系统——计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)。作者在文章中介绍了CIMS的基本概念,提出了在我国现有条件下实施CIMS的做法,以及工厂由传统生产方式向CIMS转化的设想。
The author analysed the contradiction between the backward made of prodnction and the importance of middle-and-small-volume production in the manufacture which exists from 1950s. This analysis promoted the reform of middle-and-small-volume production. From the ground up, a high-pliable, high-intelligent and high-efficient production system——Computer Integrated manufacture system (CIMS) appeared. The author introduced the basic conception of CIMS, presented the steps for Implement and the view of manufactures' transformation from the traditional mode to CIMS.
