闭合性腹部外伤的CT诊断价值(附85例分析)

Blut Abdominal Trauma:Evaluation of Computed Tomography in 85 Cases

目的 :评价CT检查对闭合性腹部外伤的诊断价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 85例闭合性腹部外伤的CT表现。结果 :闭合性腹部外伤以实质性脏器为多 ,脾损伤 45例、肾损伤 2 0例、肝损伤 12例、复合伤 7例、外伤性膈疝 1例。其中外伤后肝癌破裂出血 1例。平扫加增强 45例。结论 :CT扫描可对闭合性腹部外伤作出正确诊断 ,并为临床治疗提供重要信息。

Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in blut abdominal trauma. Materials and Methods: The CT scans of 85 cases with blut abdominal trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The diagnostic examination of unenhanced CT was performed on 85 cases and enhanced CT on 45 cases with confirmed blut abdominal trauma. Of them, 45 had injuries of the spleen 20-kidney, 12-liver, 7-complex wound, 1-traumatic diaphragmatic hernia and 1 -hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion: The CT scanning is considered valuable for the diagnosis of blut abdominal trauma and it could provide important information for clinical therapy.
