摘要
一、概述 工业企业是能源的直接使用者,我国的工业能耗占全国总能耗的75%以上。由于企业内部相当数量的用能设备是五、六十年代的老产品,因此能耗高、效率低是普遍存在的问题。同时,由于企业管理水平的落后,也造成了能源的极大浪费,有关统计资料表明,在我国所浪费的能源总量中,约有三分之一是由于管理不善所致。因此搞好节能工作的关键在企业。企业实行科学管理,采用节能先进技术是提高能源利用率的两个基本手段。在我国今后相当长时期内,加强企业能源科学管理。
Based on the theory and the methods of energy system engineering, this paper provides an Enterprise Energy-Economics Planning Model Sytem consisting of three sub-modes, i. e. Enterprise Input/ Output Model, Enterprise Energy-Economic Optimization model and Policy Analysis and Project Evaluation Model. In the light of the model system, the MGPP algorithm and software system for a large scale multi-objective and multi-function linear programming energy model are designed. Different study has been made by the application of the model and software, such as energy and raw material consumption analysis of productions and optimization study of production structure. The above mentioned study has led to several useful conclusions for decision-making.
