摘要
一、引言 在当今世界,提高人口素质越来越重要了,众所周知,只有提高人口素质,使劳动者具有健康的体魄和较高的科学技术知识,才能掌握和运用现代化的科学技术装备,创造更多的物质财富。因此,研究人口素质有重要的现实意义。1975年美国海外发展委员会提出“人口生命素质指数”(The Physical quality of index),简称PQLI来评价人口素质。
In this parer, the author analyses the shortcomings of the physical Quality of Index and the American Social Health Association, the two general methods for the evaluation of population quality. By using the Grey systems theory, the mathematical model of grey comprehensive evalation of population quality is proposed. The method has accuracy and extensiveness of applying scope.
