平衡冷冻过程中细胞体积的确定 被引量:1

摘要 使用新型的电子粒子计数仪(EPC)(Electronic Particle Counter, MultisizerTM 3, Beckman Coulter Inc., USA)测定了人RBC(红细胞)在不同渗透压的NaCl溶液中的体积, 并使用冷冻过程细胞模型预测了RBC在生理盐水(0.9% NaCl溶液)中平衡冷冻的体积变化. 假定温度对RBC的体积的影响相对渗透压而言可以忽略, 则通过NaCl-H2O二元溶液的相图可获得不同温度下NaCl溶液的渗透压值(通过质量百分比浓度换算得到), 从而将计算的体积值与以上测量值相互验证.
