艾迪注射液加放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Observation of Effects of Aidi Injection in the Radiotherapy of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 :观察艾迪注射液加放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效。方法 :1999年 1月 - 2 0 0 0年 7月进行了用艾迪注射液加放疗治疗NSCLC的研究。 5 0例随机分为 2组 :治疗组为放疗加艾迪注射液治疗 ,对照组为单纯放疗。两组照射剂量为 60～ 70Gy。结果 :近期疗效 :治疗组完全缓解 2 4 % ,部分缓解 4 8% ,总有效率 72 % ;对照组完全缓解 12 % ,部分缓解 2 8% ,总有效率为 4 0 %。两组比较差异有显著意义。 1年的生存率分别为 2 4 %、2 0 % ,P >0 0 5。结论 :艾迪注射液加放疗治疗NSCLC能提高肿瘤缓解率 ,改善生存质量 。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of combined therapy of Aidi injection with radiotherapy.Methods Fifty cases of non-small cell Lung Cancer were divided into two groups randomly:25 cases(combined group ) were treated with Aidi injection while the other 25 cases(radiation group ) with only radiotherapy.Results The partial and complete response rates were 48% and 24% respectively with the total response of 72% in the combined group,while in radiation group the partial and complete response rates were 28% and 12% respectively with the total response of 40%,P<0.05.The survival rates for 1 year were 24% and 20%,P>0.05.Conclusions The combined therapy of Aidi injection and radiotherapy can improve the response on non-small cell lung cancer with the improved life quality for the patients.
