摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的半导体器件技术——声电荷传输(ACT)器件的工作原理和用途,并着重论述了基于ACT技术的超高速模拟信号微处理器SMP,该器件的工作带宽可作到几百MHz,数据处理速度高达450亿次/s。最后对该器件的一些主要应用作了介绍。
This paper introduces the operation principle and applications of the acoustic chargetransport devices (ACT), and specially discusses a superhighspeed analog signal microprocessor (SMP) based on ACT. whose bandwidth has reached several hundreds MHz, with a rate of 45 billion multiply-and-accumulate times per second. The applications of the SMP in the EW and electronic systems are given last.
