摘要
本文阐述了工作在Ka波段,带宽为1GHz的八毫米调频连续波高线性度信号源的研制情况。样机方案采用把延迟线作为关键器件的锁相环来实现扫频非线性度的校正,使VCO线性度由开环的百分之十量级修正到闭环达万分之三的量级。此外,本文还对环路的理论性能与参数选取进行了分析、计算。
The signal source operated at Ka wave-band with high linearity frequency-modulation is analyzed in this paper. The width of frequency sweeping is 1GHz. The linearity of FM-CW is accomplished utilizing a phase lock loop with delay-line as the key component. The experimental results show that the linearity is greatly improved from the order of 10% to 3 / 10000.
