The Hierarchical Optimism Index Method for Decision under Uncertainty

本文就不确定型决策问题,提出了一种层次乐观系数决策原则,并设计了一种不确定型决策方法——层次乐观系数法(HOIM)。它通过对话的方式获得决策者的层次乐观系数,具有良好的决策特性,可以应用于决策支持系统。最后,通过实例说明了HOIM方法的可行性和适用性。

This paper puts forward a decision principle concerning the uncertain decision prob- lem, called hierarchical optimism index principle. On the basis of this principle the author has designed a decision method under uncertainty-hierarchical optimism index method (HOIM), bywhich the decision-maker's hierarchical optimism index can be obtained in an interactive way. This method has good decision properties, and can be used in the decision support system (DSS). Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the applicability of this method.
