水稻尿卟啉原脱羧酶编码基因的鉴定和电子克隆 被引量:2

摘要 尿卟啉原脱羧酶(UROD)在动植物体内广泛存在,编码该酶的基因在不同植物中都有很大的保守性.依据UROD基因序列的保守性,鉴定和克隆了水稻的UROD基因,并获得了该基因的全序列.该基因共有1041个核苷酸,可编码347个氨基酸.遗传分析表明,该基因位于水稻第3号染色体上,与其他植物进行同源性比较发现,基因的差异主要集中于基因的N末端,这一段序列具有引导尿卟啉原脱羧酶进入叶绿体的传输功能.进一步比较了不同植物间UROD基因的DNA和氨基酸序列变异,以探讨基因的衍变过程.
