摘要
本文讨论了对光波谐振的飞秒整流组件的物理模型和有关机理,研究了由这种组件所构成的微型阵的设计问题,并对其参数作了分析。预计了微型阵列所产生的喇曼散射谱增强效应,讨论了微型阵的应用前景。
In this paper, a kind of photo wave resonant femtosecond diode assembly is discussed. It provides a physical model and its mechanism for this femtosecond diode assembly, describes its general electronic transition processes, and studies the design of the assembly and rectenna array for LEPCON as well as the analysis of its parameters. Raman scattering spectrum amplification effect caused by the surface structure of regular submicro array is also predicted. At last, application of submicro dipole suspension in science and technology are discussed.
