原某军区部分医用X线摄影(CR/DR)项目防护与质控检测结果分析

Analysis of examination resulesults of radiological protection and quality control in partly medical radiography(DR/ts CR) project in certain military region

目的:调查了解原某军区部分医院医用诊断X线摄影(CR/DR)项目放射防护和质量控制现状,发现问题,提出有效改进措施。方法:抽取原某军区部分医院的医用X线摄影(CR/DR)项目,对其放射防护和质量控制相关情况进行分析,调查内容包括:辐射防护设施、图像质量、工作场所辐射泄漏水平、X线管头性能等。结果:最常见的不合格指标有:工作状态指示灯、光野与射野的偏离、图像均匀性等,其合格率分别是73.81%、54.76%和89.74%。结论结论:应在安全防护设施、设备维修与保养等方面进一步加强,并应坚持周期性的放射防护与质量控制监督监测。

Objectives:This survey was made to investigate the present status of radiological protection and quality control of the medical radiography(DR/CR) project in a military hospital,to identify problems, and to propose effective improvement measures. Methods:The medical X-ray photography(CR / DR) projects in partial hospitals of the military region have been extracted,and the related situations of radiological protection and quality control have been surveyed and analyzed,the survey included: radiation protection measures,image quality,radiation leakage levels of the workplace, performance of the X-ray tube head etc. Results:The most common failure indicators are: working status indicators, the light field and the radiation field deviation, image uniformity etc.,and the passing rate were 73.81%, 54.76% and 89.74% respectively. Conclusion:The radiological protection facilities and the equipment maintenance should be strengthen,and the periodic supervision and monitoring of the radiation protection and quality control should be maintained.
