摘要
目的:探讨模拟掩埋条件下骨折复合低氧缺水缺食大鼠的动脉血气参数和生化指标的变化特点。方法:应用雄性Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为对照组、单纯骨折组、缺氧缺食缺水组和骨折复合低氧缺水缺食组,于致伤后第1、3、5和7天检测动脉血气和血生化指标。结果:1.单纯骨折组大鼠血气和离子与对照组无显著差异;骨折复合低氧缺水缺食组大鼠PaCO_2、PaO_2、Cl^-及Ca^(2+)显著降低,K^+显著升高;2.骨折复合低氧缺水缺食组大鼠尿素氮、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶与对照组相比显著升高。结论:骨折复合低氧缺水缺食可导致大鼠肾、肝和新功能能损害,且骨折可加重低氧缺水缺食所导致的上述脏器功能障碍,并具有多器官性、速发性、持续性特点。
Objective:To study the changes of blood-gas parameters and blood biochemical indexes of fracture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water in rats under condition of simulated deeply buried. Methods:80 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,fracture group,hypoxia combined with deprivation of water and food group,fracture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water group. Artery blood-gas and blood biochemical indexes were measured at 1,3,5 and 7 days after injury. Results:1. Blood-gas parameters and ionic in rats of fracture group and control group had no significant differences. PaCO_2,PaO_2,Cl^- and Ca^(2+) in fracture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water group were significant lower than those in control group,while K^+ elevated significantly in facture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water group. 2. Bun,CRE,ALT,AST and CK in fracture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water group significantly increased compared with those of control group. Conclusions:Fracture combined with hypoxia and deprivation of food and water could cause the injury of kidney,liver and heart function,which characterized by multiorgans,immediate and continuative,besides that,fracture could aggravate the injury caused by the hypoxia combined with deprivation of food and water.
