摘要
目的:探讨模拟深埋条件下复合性冲击伤大鼠重要脏器血清生化指标的变化规律。方法:Wistar大鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机分为对照组、单纯冲击伤组、低氧缺水缺食组、冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组,每组20只,于致伤后第1、3、5、7天检测静脉血乳酸(LAA)、尿素氮(BUN)、清蛋白(ALB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果:(1)单纯冲击伤组LAA和LDH增高,其他指标无显著变化;(2)低氧缺水缺食组LAA、BUN、ALB、AST、LDH指标均进行性或持续性显著升高;(3)冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组LAA、BUN、ALB、AST、LDH指标升高更显著,雄性较雌性显著。结论:冲击伤复合低氧缺水缺食组大鼠可导致肾、心和肝功能损害,提示低氧缺水缺食对冲击伤具有加重效应,并具有多器官性、速发性、进行性、性别差异性特点。
Objective:To study the change rules of serum biochemical indexes of major organs under the condition of compound blast injury of simulated deeply buried rats. Methods:80 Wistar rats with half males and half females were randomly divided into control group,pure blast injury group,hypoxia combined with deprivation of water and food group, blast injury combined with hypoxia and deprivation of water and food group. Each group had 20 rats. Venous blood LAA,BUN,ALB,AST and LDH were measured at 1 day,3 day,5 day and 7 day after injury. Results:(1)LAA and LDH in Pure blast injury group increased. Other indicators had no significant changes.(2)Five indexes in hypoxia combined with deprivation of water and food group showed progressively/sustainability significant rise.(3)Five indexes in blast injury combined with hypoxia and deprivation of water and food group increased more significantly. Males were relatively evidently than females. Conclusion:Blast injury combined with hypoxia and deprivation of water and food could cause function injury of kidney, heart and liver and aggravate the injury, which characterized by multiorgans,speedy,progressive and sex differences.
