摘要
目的:对生物反应器在高等级生物安全实验室加样操作过程中的风险加以识别,并通过设备的改进加以防范控制。方法:研究设计了生物反应器用加样口针头封闭器,并通过激光粒子计数器进行检漏。结果果:制作了生物反应器用加样口针头封闭器,通过激光粒子计数器对加样口周围环境进行检测,与环境本底比较未见气溶胶粒子检出。结论:在高等级生物安全实验室采用本研究设计的生物反应器用加样口针头封闭器既能简便操作,又能有效防止此环节中病原微生物的泄漏,从而保证了操作人员及实验室内环境的生物安全。
Objective:Identify the risk of samples adding in bioreactor from high-level bio-safety laboratories,then control by improving equipment. Methods:Design a syringe needle closure that is applied to the mouth samples adding and detect the leak with a laser ion counter. Results:Compared with background environment,there is nothing aerosol particles to be detect in air. Conclu Conclusion:Using of the syringe needle closure can not only simplify the operation but also prevent the leak of pathogenic microorganism,to make sure the safety of operating personnel and environment.
