摘要
目的:探讨车载呼吸机与人工球囊辅助呼吸在院间转诊中的应用。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2015年1月1日—2016年12月21日期间,镇江市急救中心院间转诊过程中,分别采用车载呼吸机和人工球囊辅助呼吸的共203例的相关数据进行统计分析。结果结果:使用车载呼吸机人工球囊转运的患者均有不同程度地出现氧饱和度下降、心率增快、呼吸频率加快。与转运前相比,使用车载呼吸机112例,途中氧饱和度显著下降(P<0.05),心率显著增快(P<0.05),呼吸频率加快并不显著(P>0.05);人工球囊91例,氧饱和度下降非常显著(P<0.01),心率增快非常显著(P<0.01),呼吸频率加快非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:车载呼吸机对比人工球囊转运危重患者具有一定的优势,值得在院前急救中推广使用。
Objective:To evaluate the application of vehicle respirator and artificial balloon assisted breathing in hospital referral. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted, and related data of 203 patients from January 01,2001 to December 21,2016 treated with vehicle ventilator and artificial balloon assisted breathing in the referral of Zhenjiang City First Aid Center were counted and analysed. Results:Patients with vehicle ventilator and artificial balloon assisted breathing had different degrees of oxygen saturation, heart and respiratory rates increased. Compared with before transport, in 112 cases with vehicle ventilator, oxygen saturation significantly decreased(P<0.05), heart rates increased significantly(P<0.05), respiratory rates were not significantly increased(P>0.05);In 91 patients with artificial balloon, the oxygen saturation decreased significantly(P<0.01), the heart and the respiratory rates were significantly increased(P<0.01). Conclusion:Vehicle ventilator had a certain advantage in patients with severe balloon transport, which is worthy of promotion in prehospital first aid.
