每一项节能措施,不仅受热力学基本定律的制约,还要受经济性的限制。节能不是最终目的,节能技术要注重经济效果。某项节能措施节能数量的多少并不一定说明其经济性的优劣。文章对节能的经济效果评价标准和计算方法作了介绍,并阐述了计算过程的注意事项。

Each kind of energy saving measure is restricted by the fundamental rules of thermodynamics, as well as by the cost of it. It is not the final goal to save energy. The amount of energy saved doesn't necessarily indicate good economic benefits. This article briefly introduces both the evaluation standard of the economic effect of the energy saving and the way of the calculating. It also clarifies in detail the points for attention during the process of calculation.
