To improve the semi-finished product quality after desizing, scouring and bleaching, it is especially essential to optimize the process conditions, select high-efficiency and clean chemicals, as well as integrate equipments matching with the process. This section covers the optimum combination of shortened process padding, washing and steaming units, innovative structures of high feeding apparatus, combined steamer and high-efficiency washing mechanism, as well as measures for crease prevention during fabric wet process. Machines for cold-pad-batch alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath process and enzyme three-step-two-process are recommended.
