摘要
为进一步完善高速铁路周界入侵报警系统,对比分析周界入侵系统前端监测技术;通过调研试验段系统使用情况,从积累特征数据、提高应急联动能力、减少摄像头盲区和降低误报率等角度,分析系统试运行阶段存在的问题,并结合国家标准和行业标准的现状,提出针对性建议。分析表明:该系统可通过对目标行为的采集、分析、跟踪、人工计算,基于计算机的智能视频分析,实现对入侵事物的判断和预警目的,从而有效减少外来事物侵入高速铁路周界,但仍需进一步优化。
In order to perfect the perimeter invasion alarm system for high speed railway,the front-end monitoring technology of the perimeter intrusion system was compared and analyzed. Through investigating the use of the system in the test section,from the perspective of accumulating feature data,improving the ability of emergency response,reducing the blind area of the camera,and reducing the false alarm rate,the problems existing in the trial stage of the system were analyzed,and according to the current situation of national standards and industry standards,the relevant suggestions were put forward. The analysis shows that this system can effectively reduce the intrusion of foreign objects into the boundary of high-speed railways by collecting,analyzing,tracking,and manually calculating the target’s behavior,and making intelligent video analysis based on computers,so as to achieve the purpose of judging and warning the invading things. However,further optimization is still needed.
