摘要
为降低液罐车侧翻风险,保障液罐车在弯道行驶时的安全,建立其在弯道行驶时最小侧翻临界速度的计算模型。首先,运用动力学的理论计算在不同车速、弯道半径及超高值的道路条件下整车的重心高度变化;然后,利用力矩平衡原理计算液罐车在弯道行驶时的侧翻临界速度;其次,对比车辆当前行驶速度与最小侧翻临界速度,判断其发生侧翻事故的风险并提出预警方法;最后,进行实例计算与分析。结果表明:液罐车弯道行驶时车辆侧翻临界速度与车辆行驶速度负相关;超高坡度、道路纵向坡度、弯道转弯半径等道路基础条件对行驶于该路段的液罐车的安全有较大影响;用该预警方法能有效保障液罐车与驾驶员的行车安全。。
To reduce the risk of rollover and ensure the safety of the tank truck on curved road,a model was built for calculating the minimum rollover critical speed of the tank truck on curved road.Firstly,the dynamic theory was used to calculate the height of the vehicle’s gravity center as a function of the speed,the radius of curve and the road slope condition.Secondly,the critical rollover speed of the tank truck was calculated by using the principle of moment balance.Last,the risk of rollover accident was judged by comparing the current speed with the minimum critical rollover speed of the vehicle,and an early warning method was put forward.After that,an example was calculated and analyzed.The results show that the critical rollover speed of the vehicle is negatively correlated with the driving speed of the vehicle while driving on the curved road,that the road foundation conditions such as the super-high slope,the longitudinal slope of the road and the turning radius of the curved road have a great influence on the safety of the liquid tank truck running on the curved road section,and that the early warning method is helpful in guaranteeing the safety of the tank truck and the driver.
